- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Arrow Property is the BEST management company in Humboldt, in my honest opinion. The application process was timely, Susan interviewed myself and my employer, so it was nice to know how they screen potential renters. Diana was always a joy at the front desk and we would crack jokes whenever I went to pay rent, etc. They were so efficient about addressing maintenance issues that needed fixing and even let me switch apartments when one became available. Unfortunately I had to move away.... But they were fair and timely about returning my deposit. I really hope that I am able to return and rent from them again!!
